Comfort Inn Benson Near Kartchner Caverns

Everything! It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in for a long time. I found it to be very friendly, clean and great service.

The only thing it might need is some firmer pillows. Just personal thing.

lovely, quiet, comfortable accommodations

The friendliness of reception and room service staff was a feature of the hotel. There was a clear 'family' feel about the team there. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The pool facility was welcome as was the 24hr drinks bar in the foyer. We loved the themed decor which reflected the area and its attractions. All public areas of the hotel were well-maintained and comfortable.

The monitoring by staff of breakfast was a little uncomfortable as there was pressure to finish breakfast by 9.30 am after which food was cleared on the dot. Fast food outlets were close by but other restaurants were within short driving distance. Not a real problem though.

the hotel is perfectly clean, ideal and has marvellous and absolutely perfect location right off the i-10. all the staff members are accommodating and exceptionally nice. this property offers well stocked and modern rooms with a very good breakfast, comfortable bedding, microwave. the breakfast is above average and satisfactory with variety of food. would love to return, greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Beautiful on the outside

This place has charm but shows signs of wear. The friendly staff made check-in easy, but the dated decor and inadequacies in maintenance left much to be desired. Bright spots include clean bathrooms and a lovely location, but significant upgrades are necessary to restore its former glory.

The staff was superbly friendly and incredibly nice, the room was new-fashioned with comfortable bedding, fridge, microwave. The breakfast was above average, had a really really nice stay for two nights.

The venue's position was remote.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, had all sorts of options like eggs and pastries, perfect to fuel us up for the day ahead. The staff were really friendly and helped when we arrived late.

I really enjoyed the spaciousness of my room and the cozy seating area, made relaxing so easy. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. I loved soaking in the hot tub in the evening. One small downside was the Wi-Fi speed being a bit slow, but it didn't ruin my overall experience 😊

The large and comfortable two queen beds. We were pet-friendly and felt welcomed into the family.
